Erik Eddy is an Professor of Management at Siena College. Erik’s primary teaching areas include strategic planning, human resource management, and organizational development and change. Erik also conducts research on a variety of topics including mentoring, leadership, and team performance. Erik is the Director of the Institute for Leadership Development at Siena.
Erik received a bachelor of business administration from James Madison University in 1990, master degrees in business administration and organizational development from Bowling Green State University in 1993 and a doctor of philosophy from University at Albany (SUNY) in 1997.

Mr. Gahan graduated from Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and began his career as an Analyst in the Department of Health, Division of Health Care Financing. In 1985, he became Assistant of the Bureau of Hospital Reimbursement which merged with primary care in 2005 where he then became Director of the Bureau of Primary and Acute Care Reimbursement. Mr. Gahan’s major responsibilities included DSRIP, Safety Net Reimbursement, Vital Access Provider Program and Indigent Care.

Mark comes to SpectraMedix with over 35 years of experience providing strategic planning, management, operations, contracting, actuarial, and analytics services to risk-assuming healthcare organizations.
Most recently, Mark served as the President and CEO of Partners In Care, Inc., a New Jersey IPA with 700 member physicians, and its subsidiary, the Partners In Care ACO, where he directly managed a portfolio of ACO and VBP contracts on behalf of 75,000 attributed beneficiaries.
At SpectraMedix, Mark provides vision to the company’s VBP Performance Suite which offers VBP Contract Modeling, Healthcare Analytics, and Cohort Management tools to the Medicaid, Medicare and commercial health care markets.
